I'm a passionate believer in men's health and mental fitness.
I don't give advice on how to make you more attractive to women, 4x your income or meditate your way to enlightenment - that won’t actually make you a better man.
Instead, I take a practical, no BS approach to important things like fitness, healthy eating, outdoor skills, resilience, and dealing stress and anxiety.
I can talk about my experiences as a mentor to other men, navigating the complex path of being a man in the 2020's, male allyship and the journey to being your own man, free from social media influence.
I also run workshops on situational awareness, goal setting, primal fitness, coping with anxiety as well as a range of outdoor programmes designed to help men use the natural environment and learn the traditional skills around shelter food and fire.
